The 网络安全, Communications & Networking 创新 (CCNI) Lab at Old Dominion University was founded in 2013 by Dr. ChunSheng 鑫 through the generous support of Old Dominion University and the National Science Foundation (NSF).

The mission of the CCNI实验室 is to carry out transformative research to advance the state of the arts in the fields of cybersecurity, 通信, 和网络, in particular the security for cognitive radio networks, wireless 通信, and wireless networking. The Lab promotes the integration of research into education through vibrant curriculum design, program strengthening, and innovative outreach activities to the Hampton Roads region.
